Tianyi Lu debuts with Vancouver Symphony Orchestra

Tianyi Lu will return to Canada this week to make her eagerly anticipated debut with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. This special event will take place on three consecutive evenings, namely on January 19th, 20th, and 21st.

The programme features Jennifer Higdon’s new Mandolin Concerto, written for and performed by Avi Avital, alongside Beethoven’s dramatic Coriolan Overture and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7.
