Nodoka Okisawa appointed as OMF Principal Guest Conductor

Today marks a great success in Nodoka Okisawas career as she has been appointed as Principal Guest Conductor of Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival. It is the first time in the history of the festival that this position has been appointed and Nodoka Okisawa is greatly looking forward to returning to Matsumoto in her new role.

All performances of this year´s Matsumoto festival will be dedicated to the accomplishments of festival founder Maestro Seiji Ozawa who sadly passed away in February 2024.
