Lucas and Arthur Jussen debut with the Oslo Philharmonic

Piano duo Lucas and Arthur Jussen are travelling to Norway this month for their much-anticipated debut with the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. Joining forces with conductor John Storgårds, the pair will give the Norwegian premiere of Fazıl Says 'Anka Kuşu' (Phoenix) concerto for four hands, which the composer wrote especially for them. The premiere in Oslo follows earlier premieres in Germany with Münchner Philharmoniker and in the US with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Andris Nelsons, having received glowing reviews by critics.

The concert takes place at Oslo Konserthus on Thursday 5 October 2023 at 7 pm.
