Fazıl Say-world premieres at Musikfest Bremen

Both this weekend and next weekend, new works by Fazıl Say will be premiered at the Musikfest Bremen.

Fazıl Say has been associated with the Musikfest Bremen as a composer and pianist for many years. His works "Gezi Park 3" (2014) and his Percussion Concerto (2019) were premiered here, and he has performed numerous concerts as a pianist.

On Sunday, 28 August, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, conducted by Nil Vinditti, will premiere Fazıl Say's Concerto for Trumpet and Organ op. 98 in Papenburg, and on Sunday, 4 September, his 5th Symphony will be heard for the first time at the Glocke in Bremen.
