KD SCHMID Artists win OPUS KLASSIK 2025

KD SCHMID is delighted that three of our artists have been honoured with the German music award OPUS KLASSIK.

Seong-Jin Cho receives the award in the category “Instrumentalist of the Year” for his album "Ravel – The Complete Solo Piano Works".
Fazıl Say is awarded “Solo Recording – Instrument of the Year” for his album "Oiseaux Tristes".
Augustin Hadelich and Orion Weiss receive the award for “Chamber Music Recording of the Year” for their album "American Road Trip".

The OPUS KLASSIK is one of the most prestigious awards for classical music in Germany and recognises outstanding artistic achievements.
