Condcutor Kazuki Yamada will take the podium of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra for the first time, performing at the renowned Berwaldhallen in Stockholm. The concerts will take place on Thursday, 26 September 2024, and Friday, 27 September 2024, both starting at 19:00pm.
Yamada, known for his dynamic energy and musical precision, will lead the orchestra in a diverse programme. The performances will feature Schoenberg’s 'Transfigured Night', Op. 4 for String Orchestra (1917, rev. 1943), Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 3 in G Major, K. 216, with violinist Daniel Lozakovich, and Debussy’s 'Images', No. 1-3, a richly atmospheric orchestral suite.
