Jan Lisiecki: Inauguration of Teatro Cultura Artística in Brazil

This weekend, Jan Lisiecki will open the 2024/25 season of Cultura Artística in São Paulo together with The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and Tarmo Peltokoski.

The four performances of Beethoven's Fourth Piano Concerto this week also mark the inauguration of the newly renovated Teatro Cultura Artística, which is reopening its doors after 16 years of closure. The hall's new concert piano was personally selected by Jan Lisiecki at the Steinway & Sons factory in Hamburg, Germany earlier this year.
