Dima Slobodeniouk in Boston

Following his highly acclaimed short-notice debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker earlier this season, Dima Slobodeniouk now conducts two consecutive subscription programmes with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, further strengthening his musical relationship with the orchestra.

In the first week (27–29 March), he leads Arvo Pärt’s Tabula rasa and Mozart’s Requiem, joined by Erin Morley, Morris Robinson, and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus.

The following week (3–5 April), the programme features a powerful triptych of works by Hailstork, Stravinsky and Elgar, with Frank Peter Zimmermann as soloist in Elgar’s Violin Concerto.

All concerts take place at Symphony Hall, Boston.
