Olari Elts conducts the world premiere of Perotti’s Organ Concerto

Tonight, Olari Elts, returns to the podium of the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra to conduct an exciting programme featuring works by Pingoud, Mendelssohn, and Maxwell Davies.

The highlight of the evening is the world premiere of 'Essence', a new Organ Concerto by Federico Perotti, commissioned by the Kaija Saariaho Organ Composition Competition, and featuring organist Jan Lehtola, who will join Elts for this special performance. The concert takes place at Helsinki’s Musiikkitalo at 19:00pm.
