At just 29 years of age, Marie-Ange Nguci has already established herself as one of today’s leading young soloists, captivating audiences with the architectural approach and visionary power of her interpretations, as well as the stunning pianistic technique and gripping storytelling of her performances. She has enjoyed working with great orchestras across the globe and has forged strong partnerships with some of our most highly regarded conductors.

She has made impressive debuts in the last year with Oslo Philharmonic, Czech Philharmonic, Gothenburg Symphony and Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestras and this year returns to St Louis Symphony, Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI and the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris. In Paris she will take on an ambitious play-conduct programme conducting two Haydn Symphonies, and directing Mozart Piano Concerto No. 21 and Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 2 from the keyboard. She will also work with the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra and Bodensee Philharmonic in other play-conduct programmes. This collaborative approach and concert format suits her artistic personality very much. Marie-Ange will also make debuts with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland in Dublin, Quebec Symphony Orchestra and Norwegian Radio Symphony Orchestra. She will also make her first visit to the Colmar International Piano Festival with Alain Altinoglu and the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra.

In recital, Marie-Ange always impresses with her creative programming and in the 26/27 season will return to the Vienna Musikverein for a solo recital and debut at The Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon. She will also serve as a juror at the Enescu Competition and will give a recital in Bucharest.
