Clemens Schuldt conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra in a fairytale concert

For the second time this season, Clemens Schuldt returns to lead the BBC Symphony Orchestra at London's Barbican Centre this Friday, 3 March. He will be joined by violinist Tessa Lark as they take on a programme of marvellous musical fairytales.

The concert will start with Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Suite, followed by the spellbinding UK premiere of Victoria Borisova-Ollas’ violin concerto A Portrait of a Lady by Swan Lake. After a short interval, the lush and passionate Die Seejungfrau (The Little Mermaid) by Alexander von Zemlinsky will conclude a night of magical orchestral music at its finest.
