Konzertdirektion Schmid Berlin

Konzertdirektion Schmid has been based in Hannover since its founding by Hans Ulrich Schmid in 1959. Our office in Lower Saxony’s capital city is the largest of the company’s three locations, with a staff of 30. Since 2002 Konzertdirektion Schmid has been situated in its own building at Königstrasse 36.

We organise international tours for the world’s leading orchestras from our Hannover office, where most of our long-established artist management department is also based.

From this location we coordinate the unique organisational structure of Konzertdirektion Schmid, ensuring optimal collaboration and communication between the three areas of orchestra tours, artist management and PR in Hannover, Berlin and London.

The London branch of Konzertdirektion Schmid was originally established in 1998, by Vice President Karen McDonald. The aim was to maximise one of Europe’s leading music management’s exposure and presence in the English-speaking and Nordic territories.

Based in the heart of London’s Covent Garden, Konzertdirektion Schmid London is above all else dedicated to providing highly tailored artist management to a selective list of general management artists. With a fully-fledged team of eight the London office has firmly positioned itself as a strengthened boutique management.

We also offer Konzertdirektion Schmid Hannover’s and Berlin's general and European management artists focused local representation in our territories. In turn our general artists benefit from targeted representation in the German, Austrian and Swiss territories.
