Dima Slobodeniouk debuts with Malysian Philharmonic Orchestra

Dima Slobodeniouk makes his debut with Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, conducting the orchestra in four concerts with two programmes. The first programme will performed on 27th and 28th May and will include Ravel‘s Alborada del Gracioso, Prokifiev’s Sinfonia concertante with cellist Daniel Müller-Schott and Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade.

The second programme will be performed on 4th and 5th June, and will include Ravel’s Valses nobles et sentimentales, John Williams’ Escapades for saxophone from Catch Me If You Can and Milhaud’s Scaramouche for alto saxophone (both with Branford Marsalis on saxophone). The programme will conclude with Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition (arr. Ravel)
